Last month we had 110 homes available, but now we're down to 90.

The average sales price has gone up substantially. Last month we were at $176,000, and now we're at $230,000.
In Rolla, our market has seen a slight shift in the caliber of homes that were sold month-over-month. After studying these numbers over a period of time, we conclude that the average sales price remains consistent - and this tells us there is increased demand for higher end properties!
3️⃣ NUMBERS OF HOMES FOR SALE
Another important number to look at is the number of homes sold in the last 30 days.
We had 34 homes sold this month, which is consistent with last month's 36.
4️⃣ SALES PRICE VS. LIST PRICE
Lastly, the sales price versus list price is an important number to keep an eye on.
This month, homes are selling for 98% of their asking price, compared to last month's 93%. This means that buyers are paying more for homes now than they were last month.
And this is a sign that the market is getting stronger! 💪
