Right now, there are 120 homes on the market which is very similar to last month at 124.

The average sales price this month dropped a little. It's around $200,000 vs. last month at around $213,000.

👉 It is still a great time to sell your home. A lot of sellers that we are talking to are waiting until Spring to put their homes on the market. This is evident in stat #1, showing us that there are fewer homes on the market.

👉 So there's less competition. When buyers are looking for a home, during this time, your home will stand out.

✅ Statistic #3: No. of Homes Sold

For the last 30 days, there have been 35 homes sold in Phelps County. This is slightly lower than the previous month, which was at 41.

✅Statistic #4: Sold Price vs. List Price

The average listing sales price in Phelps County is 96.6% which is slightly down compared to last month.
